This excursion started out as a short hike up to Cecret Lake and Sugarloaf Mountain, then turned into a serious scramble across two of the three peaks of Devil's Castle. (I didn't do the third because I wasn't sure where to pick up the trail on the other side.) On my way down through Alta in the evening, I took way too many photos of the ridiculously vast wildflower meadows just below the Catherine Pass Trailhead.
