Ranunculus longirostris (Ranunculus aquatilis var. diffusus)
It seems the botanical powers-that-be are having a hard time agreeing on the taoxonomy of the Batrachium group of buttercups. This one is Ranunculus longirostris in the "new" classification scheme, or Ranunculus aquatilis var. diffusus in the old one.
