I was going to hike up toward Loch Leven and Piute Pass from North Lake Campground, but it turns out they don't let you use the campground as a trailhead. Having summited Mt. Whitney the day before, I was too tired for any unanticipated extra mileage... so I just wandered around a few places in my sandals, mostly at Rock Creek/Little Lakes Valley.
