The fact that this rock-cress is completely glabrous (non-hairy) makes me wonder it it might be Boechera hastatula, which mostly only grows in eastern Oregon but HAS been sighted in Linn County. Otherwise, Boechera lyallii is a possibility, but the basal leaves don't seem right.
