July 17, 2018: Timpooneke Trail to Mt. Timpanogos (Wasatch Mountains, Utah)
This was an amazing 15-mile hike. The north side of Timpanogos Basin had some of the best wildflower fields I've ever seen... plus I got to summit Mt. Timpanogos (11,749'), walk along the crest of the Wasatch Range, and scramble down a (former) glacier. I also had close encounters with bighorn sheep, mountain goats, and a moose.
