June 27-28, 2018: Western Cascades (Willamette National Forest, Oregon)
This trip consisted of multiple short hikes in the mountains north of Highway 58 near Oakridge, Oregon (map). Day 1: the west side of Tire Mountain, Fuji Mountain, and Bunchgrass Ridge. Day 2: Blair Meadows to Spring Prairie, and the east side of Tire Mountain.
(For the record, the forested west side of Tire Mountain was boring, and the south-facing east side was already past its prime.)
