Eriogonum sp.

This looks like either Eriogonum incanum or Eriogonum ovalifolium, but neither of those has been recorded on Mt. Shasta. (On the other hand, the Clear Creek/Mud Creek area doesn't seem to have "botanized" very thoroughly at all, so the lack of records might not mean much.)
