NEVER TALK ABOUT IT (Tift Merritt)
----------------------------------
* Actually in Eb; capo 8.
* Chord-wise, the entire song repeats the same 4 measures, so I'm not going to
bother putting the chords above the lyrics.
* A piano plays single half notes through much of the song: C,B,A,B on the Am measures,
and C,B,A,G on the G measures. (Note that these are actually Ab,G,F,G and Ab,G,F,Eb,
but I'm transposing to match the capo.) This makes the beginning of the G chord a
somewhat dissonant G(4), which you can simulate with 320013 on the guitar. And you can
capture the A note with G(9): 320203. If you want to try to get the B notes into the
Am7chords, you can use Am9 (x02000), but you lose a little flavor there.

[intro]
We never talk about it, don't know what to say
We never talk about it, we just turn away
What's the point to try, say these things inside
They may not come true, might not turn out right
I start to doubt myself, I feel so much and then
Words aren't enough, I keep it in
We never talk about it, we make our own way through
We never talk about it, we hide it all away
We never talk about it, it's too much to say
[instrumental, 8 measures]
Secrets and letters, I've been saving up
So many things I never told you of
Will you come on slow, say what you mean
Will you tell the truth, let it all come clean
We never talk about it, we make our own way through
We never talk about it, we make our own way through
We never talk about it, we make our own way through
We never talk about it, baby I love you
[instrumental, 36 measures; end on G.]
