2005-06 Angel's Rest, OR

June 25, 2005: Angel's Rest is a nice hike because it's less than an hour's drive from Portland and doesn't require an all-day commitment. It's just 4.6 miles round-trip, with about 1500 feet of elevation gain. I wasn't expecting there to be so many wildflowers, so that was a pleasant surprise.
